I have done a Factory Reset to HP Envy Inspire 7900 series printer to try and get it to print. It just semeed to go offline. I wasn't sure if it was a virus or what caused it to stop printing - it mentioned an account needing internet access so it can print.. Anyway I re-downloaded the latest HP Smart app onto my MacOS Monterey 12.6.8 MacBook Air and went through printer setup - it seemed to go all the way through asking my my HP account creds which seemed to succeed. Then the printer just seemed to be spinning on Status or Canceling and in HP Smart App I see that printer needs to "Finish Setup" so I click that and then I get an error dialog message INTL0000001. See attached photos. Can anyone tell me what's wrong and why I can't set this printer up.
Thx

I switched to using my HP Windows 11 laptop ( w/ severe battery draining issues) and I was able to setup the printer just fine. All works now from PC, Mac and Cell Phone clients ( HP Smart)..

Hi @BigDaddy-68,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help with the printer connectivity issue.
To assist you better:
- Is the blue Wi-Fi light solid on the printer? ( if the Wi-Fi Light is blinking then please re-connect the printer back to your Wi-Fi router - Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer, Once you restore the network to defaults, then please follow the instructions on this link to connect the printer back to your PC.)
- How far is the printer located from the WiFi router?
- Do you have a dual-band router?
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.
While you respond to that, Let's perform a power drain:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Remove USB cable, if present.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
- Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle
Update the printer firmware
- Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your product

3.) If you see multiple printer queues for the same printer, remove all extra printers by selecting them one at a time, and then clicking the minus button at the bottom of the list.
4.) Click the plus sign click Add Printer or Scanner, click the printer name.
5.) Click the Use or Print Using menu, select AirPrint in the pop-up menu. Then click Add.

We have a dual band 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz Google WiFi pucks but printer ran fine on this dual band network for a while now. Not sure why its decided to stop working now. I have same Google pucks at home and my HP OJP 8025 connects in fine without wseparating the bands out. The Main Google puck that hosts the WAN connection as well as WiFi service is only 15 feet away.. The printer FW is up to date or so it says. I will try to connect in via Mac again w/ instructions below but may also try a Win 11 PC as well.
Thx
