When launching the HP smart software in windows 10 I cannot get past this screen. It does not matter whether yes or no is pressed it just comes back to this screen. Can anyone advise on a fix please?

Check for any pending Windows updates and restart the computer.
Have you tried reinstalling the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store?

Thank you for your reply. Latest Windows updates have been installed and additionally HP Smart app has been uninstalled and then reinstalled using latest version in the Microsoft store and still have the same issue. Any further suggestions to fix this?

In that case, click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
Try printing and scanning.
