- Ensure the power outlet is working by testing it with another device. Try a different outlet just in case.
- If the printer was plugged into a surge protector or power strip, plug it directly into the wall outlet.
- Perform a Hard Reset
- Unplug the power cord from both the printer and the wall.
- Hold the power button on the printer for 30 seconds to drain any residual charge.
- Wait 2-3 minutes, then plug the power cord back into the wall first, then the printer.
- Look for any damage or loose connections. If you have another compatible power adapter, try using it.
- If absolutely nothing works, the internal power supply might have been damaged by the outage, and it may need repair or replacement.
