After logging in to HP SMARTthe next page comes up showing "Get the most out of your account".(this keeps coming  up) The "Continue" block is "Blurred" out, cant go anywhere... But if I click on an International link  Everything comes up. I do not live Internationally..I have been attempting for 2 days  so I can change my InstantInk Plan. I have Chrome with Windows 10Pro.

@ToniK, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Kindly reinstall the HP Smart app on the computer and check if that helps or try using the app on a mobile device.
