HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Recently received replacement printer when original died under warranty.  Both -  Officejet Pro 8030e.   I've followed all the HP customer (non-)support directions.  Downloaded the Install software.  At first, it found three identical printers (this is the only HP printer on this computer); I didn't know which was the "right" one, so tried installing each individually; each time, HP software could not find the printer.   So I followed the "Uninstall and Reinstall" -- that shut down the computer (as warned); but when it started up again, it still could not locate the printer.  Probably  because it had been uninstalled.  But I cannot reinstall it.  At every step, I am met with "No printer found" messages.   Continually, it cannot find printer.  Turned printer off, back on again; made sure Blue Tooth was turned on.  (No option for Blue Tooth under the install, so I selected Wi-Fi.)  Went to RESTORE WI-FI SETUP MODE page and they promised a "how to" video ... but the video never showed up, just a blank page advertising the (absent) video.  Restarted computer.  To no avail.

I've been over all these so-called help pages multiple times and still cannot enable HP to find the printer it just sent me.

On the Product Warranty page, it told me that since the printer is a replacement, HP will not support it.  Does this mean that now I have a new printer they sent me, it won't work with HP software?   i.e., it won't work at all ....??????  What good is that?

If anyone can tell me what  to do, I'd appreciate that.   I've tried the "chat" option, but the computers on the other end cannot fathom this problem.
