hi everyone 

this is Hassan 

am facing an issue with my system. i got 2 printers  (M1212nf MFP) & other is (CP1025 color) i have installed all the drivers and stuff. now printers are showing in (devices and printers Menu) and from there it do the print and scan but recently i have installed (HP Smart) APP because its easy to use and there are many other options in that APP. so the problem comes here when i try to add my printers to HP Smart first it wont detect them and by chance if it dose than it shows printers are offline.

i have changed the usb cables also i have reinstalled everything but problem is same 

windows is already updated 

Usb cables are changed 

app and drivers and already reinstalled

system have been restarted many times to check if the problem is solved

and now am tired as hell so last thing is to write you to check if am doing anything wrong .....

will wait for your advices

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to use the HP smart app on your phone/tablet/PC to add a printer.

 

Note: Enable Bluetooth for an HP Smart app setup: Enable Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device so that HP Smart can detect the printer during the setup.
