Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need HP Smart, but it won't install from Microsoft Store.  Info message tells me I already own this software but it's nowhere to be found on this machine.

@Aebenk, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Search Windows for HP Smart.

Click here to know how to use the HP Smart app on the Win PC. It can be installed only via Microsoft store.

 

If the issue persists, use the full-feature printer driver

 

Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

HP should consider to offer the HP Smart application out of Microsoft Store.

 

There are plenty of reasons because someone decides to block the access to Microsoft Store. And many companies have done.

 

It is really sad that I'm not able to use that application just because I cannot downloaded from anywhere.

For sure it is something that I'll keep in mind next time that I need a printer.
