Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Help. I have an issue running SmartStream. The below keeps appearing when opening the application. The application has been uninstalled and re-installed. I have renamed all instances of Smartstream in Program files, Program Data and Appdata in the user profile but this keeps happening after every re-install attempt. I have also re-installed the printer using the online driver installer. Does anyone know how to fix this as I am out of ideas. Was working a few days ago, Last update installed KB5051987 Windows 24H2
