For the first time starting yesterday, I am unable to open the Solution Center and a Facebook logo appears.   I uninstalled and reinstalled the application but the problem was not solved.  Anyone know what's going on?   Thanks,

As of now, there is no news on a new/updated software availability due to the age of the printer. For printing purposes, you may install the printer using the Windows built-in drivers as mentioned in my previous post.

@Bankerr, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

What model printer are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

Adobe has stopped supporting the Flash player that was required for HP Solution Center. There is no update on new software as of now.

If the issue persists, Install the printer using Windows built-in driver

Refer to this document to know how. Try printing.

Note: If the printer is not found in the list, try Deskjet 990c or Deskjet 6980 to install the printer as these are the generic printer drivers.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I have a HP Officejet Pro 8500.  I learned about the Adobe Flash Player issue  regarding the HP Solution Center after I sent my inquiry.  Do you know if HP has a solution to resolve the issue, or a replacement product?

Many thanks and regards,
