[Since solved. Has to do with Flash being discontinued] I have the same issue as the other question dated today on this board. I try to open HP Solution Center (as I've done many times), but wind up with the boxed image described by the other user:
What does that mean? Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with a new program download, with at least 3 restarts. Thank you for any help--need my scanning ability!

PS After posting, image changed to a generic triangle. Dang.
