Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I try to use HP Support Assistant to look for updates for my HP OfficeJet Pro 9010, it tells me there is a update pending............

But, It won't let me check the box or run the update. Any help?

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
We understand that HP support assistance is unable to update HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 not worry its might be updated already, so it gets failed
