HP Support Impossible to connect to anyone

HP Office Pro 8122.. Cannot get set up. Error message says Cartridge error or Paper Jam. Neither. The ink cartridge cassette deos not stop under the colours. Have to manually move it there to load set up cartridges. Paper does not get picked up although can here paper cassette. Paper then bent at top where it has tried. Impossible to get to HP support. Every time I complete form requesting call back or to make a direct call message says more information needed before will submit the message that has all the details. Now into hour 3 of trying to set up. Any idea on how to get hold of HP support
