HP support page says you can contact them by email but I can't find an email address anywhere.  I have tried talking to agents on live chat and on the phone but they don't offer any help at all.  I want to put in a complaint about the awful service I got when I ordered a new printer.  They make it impossible to get your point across to them.

 

Does anyone know how to find their email address? Or how to lodge a complaint?

I finally found how to get hold of them and they said if I didn't have anything left to add they were just going to archive my complaint; they don't intend to do anything about it.  Nice company.  This is what the man said:

 

I’m apologize for the confusion. I do have the details of your experience and it is documented. Other than that, is there anything more I can do for you before archiving the complaint?
