Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

Received replacement printer from HP for product under warranty replacement does not have printhead installed.  Hp virtual assistant does not recognize problem and cannot verify warranty since new one just received yesterday.  When I go to contact me page just shows pic of my product?? How do I contact
