I called on Feb 17, 2022 about the Extended Warranty Care Pack I bought on Feb 3, 2022 because when I went in to check it was not listed and said I had no warranty.  2 hours and 45 minutes on the phone with 12 different people and it still was not resolved.  I was told by the last person to send copies of my purchase along with what Package I bought which included Next Business Day Ink shipment.  I was told to send by email to hp.customer.care@hp.com.  That is a no reply email. And I got notification that the email failled. This has never been resolved and since I had a heart attack and spent quite some time in the hospital, I have not been able to follow up on this.  Today, Mar 5, 2022,  I got a text to do a survey about that call of 2 hrs and 45 minutes, but the link did not work.  So I am not interested in calling back and going through all that again for another 2 or so hours, but would like this resolved.  The Warranty is from Feb 4, 2022 to Mar 5, 2024, but if HP does not have it in my records the Warranty does no good AND I never received the Ink Bundle with that package.  Where exactly does that leave me?  This Warranty package I purchased was $64.52.  I have no issues with my Printer at all, but if I do, I cannot get support if HP does not have it.   Open for suggestions here.
