Hello
Need Help i cut half Paper A4 so turn be A6
first print error E1 after setting A4 to A6 not showup E1 than
i'm print some page after 1page print out error code E2 show up.
This make more work to push cancel button.
Any Help setting to disable paper size sensor because this error not only i have many people have this problem of too much smart printer. i just love my HP k209 no paper sensor i just know what size paper im print.
NEW UPDATE
after im try print using A4 and cut some bottom page around 10cm and put print again with that A4 paper error E2 showup. that mean your printer too smart can detected unregular size paper. please update firmware so there user can disable this useless sensor, we no need that sensor.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing an issue with your printer.
A) Please follow the steps below to perform a power drain.
1) Take out the cartridges
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Remove the cartridges > Unplug the power cord > Wait for 30 seconds > Plug the power cord back in > Insert the cartridges
B) Kindly refer to the steps on this link to update the printer firmware and let me know if that resolves the issue.
