HP Utility Version 5.42.1 (1825) for Mac Crashes when checking Supply Status.

I'd like to help!

I understand the HP Utility Version 5.42.1 (1825) is crashing on your PC when you try to check the supply status of your printer.

To assist better-

1) May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.? 

2)What version of MAC OS is running on your PC? 

While you respond to that, go ahead and Update printer firmware and Update software on Mac and then try to check the supply status.

If the issue persists then uninstall and reinstall HP Utility once and then try to check.
