HP Utility crashes when Supplies Status is "clicked'

I have a HP Envy Photo 7864 connected to a MacBook pro running MacOS Ventura 13.4. (12.0 was the latest version available from the drop down menu.) On the MacBook, I have HP Utility - HP Envy Photo 7800 series.

I'm able to print without any problem. When I run the utility, I can run Test and other options except one without any problem. When I select "Supplies Status" the utility crashes. I've had the printer for a number of years and have never had this problem before now.
