Hello,

I was working on migration of HP Web Jet Admin (10.4.106526) from Windows 2012 to Windows 2019.

I took a backup of remote database with the help of Script file and restore it on the new server.

When I launch the application server itself, it is stuck on Waiting to service to start a service.

I have tried stop/start, restart the service. 

I have assigned the proper IP address in HP.Imaging.Wjp.Core.WebServer.config

Not sure what am I missing.

On the old server, SQL Server (HPWJA) and SQL Server Agent (HPWJA) is not installed in old server but in the server they are.

 

Can anyone please help me?
