I am unable to use HP app on my laptop to scan documents due to continually getting "Invalid username or password" error message when I try to login from my HP windows 11 laptop. I've changed my password several times but, I always get the same message. I have deleted and re-installed the app several times to no avail. The strange thing is that I can login to HP app from a browser, from my iPad and android phone with no problems. However, this is not a solution because I need to able to use HP app on my computer.
