HP Envy 13t-ba000

I am unable to install HP app on my computer. Whenever I access 123.hp.com for my printer (Deskjet 3752), it asks me to install HP app. It directs me to Microsoft store, but when I click install on the HP app, it gives me an error code 0x80073CFB. At first, it would attempt to download, but would show a download rate of <1MB/s. I ran a speed test on my network and it was running fine at 100MB/s. I also checked to see if other apps will download and I had no problem updating g several other apps. My laptop was just updated to the newest windows update as of a week ago.

Was having this same issue. After much searching found the solution on a Microsoft forum. Link is here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/apps_windows_10-winapps-appscat_tools/hp-smart-app...

I tried each solution in order given. The third one (Re-register all MS Store Apps) did the trick for me. If you try this one, BE SURE to wait until the process is complete and a new command prompt appears at the bottom of the page. It took a few minutes.

Hope this helps.
