Can someone please tell me why, despite having a HP account (because the app, which had worked perfectly for ages, suddenly decided to ask me to sign in or create an account, and then just sticks on loading account information), why I now cannot access any of the features in the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, switched off and unplugged my printer, and yes, switched it on again....all to no avail. Prior to this nonsensical going round in circles of signing in and clicking on a tile to do something and being pulled back to the sign in/create an account page, I was able to click whatever tile I needed and able to do whatever it was I'd intended to do. Now...... I have to scan from my printer to my laptop, save whatever it is, send it to myself as an email attachment, the open it on my phone and download it so I can send it on to whomsoever needs said document.... very inconvenient. Can anyone shed a little light here, please?
