HP Recommended

Hi!
My HP Color LaserJet CM1312nfi MFP printer is stuck on "Initializing Permanent Storage" after a firmware update. I turned off the printer, then pressed the "OK" and "X" buttons, and turned the printer back on. After that, it showed "Ready 2 Download." I started to install the firmware again, but nothing happened.

I turned it off, waited a couple of minutes, and turned it back on, but it still shows "Initializing Permanent Storage." I also performed an NVRAM reset, but it still can’t get past "Permanent Storage Init."

I’m not sure what to do next.
