Pavilion HPE-170t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The connection between my HPE--170t computer and my Epson Workforce 600 printer/scanner will no longer allow printer scans to be accepted by the computer. Communications in the other direction (e.g., printing documents from the computer to the printer) still  work. I find that recent computer upgrades have caused the problem. What can I do to correct the problem? I'm afraid to roll the downloaded HP change that caused this back, because that may delete other subsequent updates. Advice?

@davimill

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue: As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact Epson printer support: https://www.epson.co.in/contact for further information on printer troubleshooting.

  • Meanwhile, try Windows Built-in Print DriverClick here

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
