HP customer support has delayed their responses to my warranty claim. I was sent a defective product and I reached out to HP support in November. I was told that I would receive a replacement. The customer support agent first delayed responses due to being on vacation, then when I sent the agent the correct information - I never received a response back. Its been weeks and I have not heard anything back. I am not trying to make this into a problem, however, its at the point where I am not getting any responses from HP support about the whereabouts of my replacement. Since this process was so dragged out, my warranty is now expired. Is there an actual person I can contact that is reliable and can help me? I am more than happy to forward all emails I have with the support team.
Thanks

I have escalated your case and you may be contacted my an HP rep on this forum.
Things you should have ready to provide:
- Any case numbers or reference numbers you have regarding this incident
- your bill of sale
Having dealt with similar situations for customers I understand the frustration you are feeling but I have not seen a legitimate warranty claim denied in a situation like this. You mention providing correct information. If shipping address or other information was not correct in the first place that can throw a wrench into the process.
