Hi we have the HP deskjet 2130. We haven't use this printer for almost 2 years and I've decided to print since I have something to print. The cartridge has been inside the printer for almost 2 years also and there is no available new cartridge to buy in my city and we have a refillable universal ink. We decided to refill the cartridge by using a syringe. It photocopied two papers but the problem it is has black lines like has small and big lines but not too big. Is there someone who can help us. Also we lost the CD to be inserted in laptop.

Hello Fiona1001,
If you try to use the printer after it has been out of use for a long time, it may not print properly even if head cleaning is carried out several times. If this is the case, carry out head flushing. If the print heads are still clogged, leave the printer for about ten minutes, and then print the nozzle check pattern.
