After purchasing a new Intel NUC mini PC with a Windows 11 OS, my hp deskjet 5150 will not print. It worked perfectly well for years ona similar NUC with Windows 10 OS.When trying to add this printer manually within Windows, I get a "Driver unavailable" error. Neither the MS Windows nor HP troubleshooting routines work. Impossible to find a suitable driver on the HP website. Downloaded and successfully installed a driver using Driver Updater free software. After restarting the PC the printer still appears  with the label "Driver unavailable" The various HP pps that HP recommends just provide a circular route to the same unhelpful web page.
