The printer was working properly till yesterday, all of a sudden no way to print, the message is : Impossibile comunicare: il computer non è più in grado di comunicare con la stampante. Spegnere la stampante. Prima di riaccenderla, verificarne i collegamenti e la presenza di eventuali errori. (no way to communicate: the computer cannot comunicate with the printer. Switch off the printer, and before switching it on verify connections and the presence of errors, if any).
I tried to download the driver to install them back , I did everything which is listed on HP website, but it looks the drivers are not supported by HP anymore, and anyway "HP smart" works using wifi and the printer doesn't have it.
Any suggestion?
