Hi everyone,
I have just set up my HP DeskJet 4122e All-in-One Printer, I have printed out the Printer Information Page and its showing my Printer Email Address as (random characters)@hpeprint.com. I have had a similar printer before and set it up at my mum and dad's and changed the email address so that it was personalised (familyname@eprint.com) although this was some years ago. When I have tried to do the same for my new printer it isn't giving me the option to personalise it.
Has HP stopped allowing customers to do this do we now have to just use the system generated email addresses?
If not is there a way of changing it because the troubleshooting video on HP site showed me a video which was completely different to the page that comes up when I log into HP Smart.
I contacted HP Customer Services but they weren't much help.
Seems like a massive pain.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
Jay.

Hi @JayShep100,
An HP Deskjet Plus 4100e printer supports Print Anywhere functionality to print from a remote location using the HP Smart app.
It does not support HP ePrint to print remotely via email (it may work and may not using the listed HP ePrint address listed, but not supported or expected to work.
You may find which mobile printing solutions are supported for each printer below, HP ePrint is not a supported feature for your printer and therefore any email address cannot be customized:

You may print remotely with HP Smart using Print Anywhere, customizing any HP ePrint address is not supported and cannot be done for an 4122e printer:
