HP easy start won't finsih my download

I am trying to download the appropriate updates to use my document loader, which worked just fine last week. I get to a screen that asks how I am using my printer; I tic the appropriate box, and there is a box below where I have to input 'something' in order to continue. I have no clue what I am supposed to put there; it will only accept numbers. And nothing i input isd acceptable so I can't move on and I can't use my document loader. **bleep** do they want?! Help!
