Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello,

I have a hp Envy4520 all in one printer. I recently needed to print something only in black and white so selected this option in the usual way. Since then the computer will only print in colour. When I go into my advanced printing options there is no longer the option to select colour or greyscale. I'm unsure if this is a problem with windows 10. I have uninstalled and downloaded again the software for my printer. I have cleaned and replaced the ink cartridges. This printer is set as my default printer. There are no new software updates so i'm out of ideas if anyone an please help?

I understand that printer  has an issue that it's not printing black only

Hi, thanks for your reply but I have already followed the trouble shooting guide & used the HP print and scan doctor too. I don't believe the issue is with the hardware but with the software. I've seen various people posting on forums that this happens after windows 10 update but can't seem to find a solution to the fact that my option for print in colour/ greyscale has disappeared.
