hi I hope someone can help. My old out of warranty HPenvy 4527 works perfectly from an internal test print or via HP Smart on my android mobile phone. However if I try to print from my windows 10 laptop the task spools says printing but then deletes before printing anything . I had this problem once before (at least 18 months ago)and followed all the steps for uninstalling and reinstalling printers and drivers . One of the steps was Step 4: Rename the HPBXPSRENDER.DLL file. This time I cannot find that file. Is there a more up to date procedure to fix the problem.

3. Once HP Print and Scan Doctor opens, click Start, and then select your printer.
4. If your printer is not in the list, turn it off and on and then click Retry.
5. If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in HP Print and Scan Doctor.
6. If the screen displays prompting to turn on printer updates, click Yes and continue.
