HP Recommended

Hi,

I've the printer HP ENVY 6052e and it was working just fine until I changed the black cartridge. Since then it stopped working and under printer status the "validating" is on and not going away. I took out the cartridge and put it back, powered of and unplugged the printer, restarted computer and none of that seems to be working. I also ran a diagnostic test through HP help center and the result came up just fine. Any suggestions? Thank you.
