HP envy 6432e doesn’t work with unofficial cartridges

Hello, I own a printer HP envy 6432e and it has always worked very well. Today the printer run out of ink and I decided to buy new cartridges but unofficial ones. Once I set them up into the printer I had an error message which said nothing could be printed until the issue was resolved. Apparently this would come from the cartridges which are not « true » HP. But I’m sure they are compatible. Could you help me please? Thank you.

This printer is protected by Dynamic Security .

There is no legal way to bypass the limitation.

The printer can only use HP chipped cartridges.
