You can perhaps opt to use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) -- if the option is available to you, it is easier to type in a larger window on your computer / tablet than it would be to type information into a tiny printer screen.

A couple of examples -

Embedded Web Server - EWS - Date and Time

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Settings > Preferences > Date & Time
