Hi @kchloey,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 is unresponsive and stuck with the lights on, here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue.

Power Reset:

  • Disconnect the printer from the power source by unplugging it from the wall.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Plug the printer back in and see if it starts up properly.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open the printer's access doors and check for any paper jams or obstructions. Remove any visible paper or debris.

Inspect the Ink Cartridges:

  • Open the ink cartridge access area and ensure that the cartridges are properly seated in their slots. Remove and reseat them if necessary.

Check Connections:

  • Ensure that all cables, including the power cord and any USB or network cables, are securely connected.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • If the power button is not responding, a hard reset might help. Disconnect the power cord from the printer while it is still on, wait a minute, and then reconnect it.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

I have the same issue - could you please support it?

Best regards

I brought it to a HP store and unfortunately it is something about the motherboard, it needs to be replaced as it was damaged because of cockroaches or any insects that went inside the printer
