Product: HP DeskJet 2820 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP outlet is trying to scam me , by giving me a defective printer and not replacing it , I bought it a week ago from amazon , there was no warranty card inside the box , a technician told me he will give me a DUI letter after that it will be replaced , but his superior refused and said there is no serial number in the bill of the product given by amazon , I don't think so y'all give product serial number in the bill, this is just straight lying and trying to scam me , bunch fraudsters this whole HP organisation is , I don't want this useless printer, return it asap

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

 

Two things:

 

1.) You purchased said printer via an Amazon Seller, not HP, which means that your case is to be resolved by Amazon.

 

2.) If you had purchased your printer via an authorized HP outlet, you would have received product warranties, and we wouldn't have this discussion.
