Product: HP LaserJet MFP M28w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Setting up a password was the first thing I did when I set up my new printer... and the system does not accept it, even if it's the right password ctrlc ctrlv 😞

Could someone tell me how to fully reset my printer? I will never set another password on this printer, but at least I would like to access all menus.

Please help.

I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
