HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M455dn

I have a new HP Laserjet Enterprise M455 and I cannot fine where to turn off the automatic duplex.

I have gone into the printer preferences and under printing shortcuts print on both sides I changed to NONE.  I also found in special pages under print quality in the printing preferences says print both sides off.  Also under printer properties devise settings duplex unit was changed from installed to not insalled.

None of this works.  It does not duplex in MS products but when I print the configuration page from the printer menu on the actual printer it duplexes.  I also contacted HP support via chat and the person on the other end took over my computer for about an hour and could not figure it out.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

From the printers internal reports menu print yourself a Menu map. Menu map will print all settings of your printer and guide you how to reach settings from front panel, find duplex setting and set it to OFF.

THANK YOU so much for your reply.  That fixed my issue.  I don't know why HP support did not know to tell me this when I chatted with them the other day.
