Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A laserjet printer at a client site will not print from the PC nearest it. I can print to it from a PC across the office. I have tried removing all drivers and the printer then rebooting and reinstalling, TCP/IP vs WSD ports, and removing the printer from the registry via regedit. None of this seems to resolve the issue. I can print to other printers from this PC.

Hello,

Hope you are well,  if the printer is connected over the network, it is recommended to get the IP address and then put it into a web browser URL in the computer, that should take you to the Embedded web server and that way confirm the connection is solid, if its not even opening the web server there may be a firewall or security antivirus blocking the traffic, so you can test it from a mobile device in the very same way, as far as they are connected to the same network, printer should be visible for other devices and PCs.

then if access to the web server of the printer is doing Ok, fully uninstall the printer software from the computer, then reinstall it using an universal postScript driver installed, you may get it by clicking here

Please use the standard TCP/IP port with IP address to get it installed.

then please send some print test page from the printer properties and then  pdf, word document or emails.

Thanks,

I am an HP employee
