This is the 2nd Saturday in a row I have had a callback booked with HP Technical Support and they have not phoned. When I phone HP the message says they are closed at weekends. How do I speak to a human in Tech Support in the UK?

True - HP Support might be closed on the weekends in some regions.
We are about eight hours difference --
If the reason for no call back is due to the service being closed,
tomorrow morning should find the offices open.
Use your case number (do not post here) and the phone contact information provided when the case was submitted and accepted.
What about "here and now"?
We are not able to intervene directly -- The Community is not HP Support.
