My grandfather up dated his Windows 7 to 10 years ago and I just found out his HP printer is not working. He has a HP Officejet 5610. I installed the driver that HP said is the right one for Windows 10, HP05600T GPD 6.11.2009, but the printer will not work. I have empty the printer queue and it still will not print. I used the HP Printer Doctor program but that froze every time I tried using it when it wanted to make a printer the main one. Now I have, according to the Doctor, 2 HP Officejet 5610s, one with a USB and the other without, and it froze there. Do I have the wrong driver? What do I do to get my grandfather's printer to work? Thanks for your help.

I understand that the HP Officejet 5610 will not work in Windows 10.
Please let us know are you able to make the photocopy.
