I had to reinstall my 7740 after a reimaging. Everything worked 100% fine up until this point. I downloaded the complete 116 mb package and attempted to install the printer and utility once again and it will not complete. On the last step it makes me download the hp smart app and then tells me that my operating system is not supported. Things I have tried, delete driver, delete everything in print server, delete everything in program data. Nothing seems to work. This is seriously frustrating me as I am now without a printer or a scanner.
