HP print and scan doctor is getting hanged at the time of communicating with deskjet 1510

It is not working at all

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.

I understand that the HP Print and Scan Doctor freezes while communicating with your HP Deskjet 1510 All-in-One Printer.

 

Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.

 

You need to download the HP Print scan doctor from the link: http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/HPPSdr.exe

Hello - tried your suggestion and that made no difference.  The file HPPSdr.exe is what I have been using already...unless this is a newer or different version...?
