Product: HP Laserjet MFP 4301
In my company, we have multiple printers that don't allow employees to scan multi-page documents into a single PDF when using the 'Scan to Email' function. While I know it's possible to scan multi-page PDFs using the HP Scan app, is there a way to configure the printers to send all pages as one combined PDF directly via email, rather than sending them as separate files?

Open web browser, enter printers IP address in address bar to access printer embedded web setting. Check scan to email setting how it is set.
