Dear Concerned,
I have updated my email address from my personal email address to business email address in my HP account and updated payment information as well. Because I started using my printer for business purpose.
After this update, In the last two day, I noticed that my PRINTER is not establishing the connection to Web services which causing unable to check my HP Instant Ink status even though my payments are regularly happening. Also, when I login into my account. it shows that 0 owned printers.
Please help me to fix this issue so that, my Instant ink subscriptions will continue monitor ink status and shipping them as and when required.
