So I've been trying to get help setting the energy settings on a brand new 4201 color laser printer that's connected via USB (so no web interface).

 

But when I enter my serial number into the support page, it's not recognized.

And it asks for further clarification by asking for the product number: not recognized

I'm entering the numbers exactly as they appear on the device itself AND the configuration page.

There are no 0s or Os in the serial number.

I'm entering the info exactly as it appears and the website keeps saying it's not valid.

 

Model number/Product number: 4RA86A

Product Serial number: [Personal Information Removed]

 

What do I do now?
