Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2675 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was having issues with trying to get the scanner feature to work on the HP Smart software. I then followed the options I saw on HP's YouTube video but nothing worked. It said HP smart couldn't connect to scanner. I uninstalled everything and re-installed it and reinstalled the drivers etc. Nothing works and I have the printer connected to my PC through USB. 

OS Windows 11, Printer can scan and print if I any other app so there isn't an issue with the printer itself nor the cable. I looked at the forum and tried what I saw and nothing works.

Help would be appreciated.

Hi @kura12345 

You may need to apply the options for Repair and Restart to HP Smart from Windows apps features.

 

Please follow steps from the next video to apply Reset on HP Smart:
