HP smart not working on windows 11 solution!

I had trouble downloading and installing HP smart from micosoft store and google play with windows 11. I was told there was server error and that I had troubles on my end. 

I tried many different solutions I found online but none worked until I tried this :

-Press Windows key + R

-Type wsreset.exe and hit Enter. Wait for few seconds while it is resetting the Store app.

-Click Start, type Powershell and run as administrator

-Copy and paste each of the command below and hit Enter.

PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore). InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}

Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_. InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Once done restart and try to download and install the app.
