Hi

I'm unable to complete HP smart+ set up as I can't get further than sign in page. This I complete but are returned to sign in screen again . Have changed browser to Firefox as suggested to no avail. I used same info to sign in to this group successfully.

  • Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, cached data and cookies can cause login issues. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and then attempt to sign in again.
  • Try Another Device: If you have access to another device, like a smartphone or tablet, try setting up HP Smart+ on that device. This will help determine if the issue is specific to your computer.
  • Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable. A weak or intermittent connection can cause login problems.
  • Disable Browser Extensions: Browser extensions or add-ons can sometimes interfere with the functioning of web applications. Try disabling any extensions you have installed and then attempt to sign in again.
  • Update Browser: Make sure your Firefox browser is up to date. Outdated browsers can sometimes have compatibility issues.
  • Check HP Smart+ Server Status: Occasionally, the HP Smart+ service itself may experience downtime or technical issues. You can check the HP server status on the official HP website or social media channels for any announcements.
  • Password Reset: If you suspect an issue with your account, try resetting your HP Smart+ password. You can usually find a "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password" option on the sign-in page.
